VOLUNTEER TO BE A CARD ANGEL

      VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES FOR 2023:

**PLEASE use your FULL FIRST and LAST Name when signing up. We will delete your volunteer request if you do not. **

• Anyone may volunteer to send cards. Simply fill out the form below and submit it to us to be registered as a Card Angel. You will receive an email shortly after we receive your request confirming your registration.

• The Angel Card Project is a great group project for Schools, Church Groups, Neighborhood Parties, Scouting Troops such as Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts , Fraternities and Sororities, Craft Clubs, Family Gatherings, Businesses and more.  - By signing up as a club/organization/business you agree to be the "Point Person" for your group's project and will be expected to relay all information to your group members.

• Each volunteer is responsible for their own cards, postage and will be responsible for making sure all cards are received by the post office.

• A Master List of names (The names of people we will be sending cards to) will be made available to all volunteers, via email, by November 22nd, 2023 or after that date depending on which date you signed up.  - At that time, we will send out a complete Set of Instructions on how to send your cards.

• You may register to be a volunteer for our Christmas Project in the months of November and December as we will be sending cards all month long during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday Season.

• There is no limit on the number of cards required to send. You can send just one card or you can send to multiple individuals. It is entirely up to each volunteer.  - And YES, EVERY person on the list WILL receive cards, so no one is left out. Trust us to work our Christmas Magic!

• Because of issues with the slower times of the USPS this year, please make sure all cards are sent in a timely manner. Cards should be mailed, if possible, by December 18th, 2023.

• Please make sure you include some kind of RETURN ADDRESS on each envelope to ensure delivery. If you need to be creative that's ok, but we do want to make sure the cards arrive at their destinations.

This project is for CARDS only. That is all that is required. If a volunteer wishes to send more than that, we leave that decision up to each volunteer.
